FAQ

I've been asked all of these questions, some several times. Hope this clarifies some things...

How DO I Send A Photo?

It's very easy; email them to mail@projectphotodoodle.com, you just attach them to the email. You must own the rights to the photo/have permission from the photographer. Please list the location of the photo. Or you can link me via my twitter @philwallart. Please read the Contact/Send photos section for full details and terms

How Do You Make the Photo Doodles?

Mind your own stinky...ahem...I use a graphics tablet to draw over the images in photoshop.

Do One of [Insert Place Here]!

I rely solely on images sent to me by email from the photographers. That's the point of the project. If you have an image, please send it my way!

You Draw on Other People's Photos! Aren't they Copyrighted?

Not if people send me their own photos willingly.

Can I Get Prints?

See merch section. For further enquiries send an email. If you'd like a print of the photo you have sent for doodling email me for a quote.

What advice/tips do you have for an aspiring artist?

1. Practise, practise and more practise, draw something every day. Fine-tune your style.
2. Get your work out there! There's loads of great tools online to self-promote yourself and they don't have to be art orientated; I've found twitter a great way to network for example.
3. Surround yourself with other visual minds and get inspired!
